I can't believe Charissa is getting crucified on X for her comment about making up sideline commentary. A whole lot of whining about fricking nothing. I wanted to hear it all in context to be sure there was not more too it and surprise…there is not. Other than to mention the work that goes in to prepping for those 15-20 seconds. I am about 100% sure that she is not the only one who has ever done that either. Personally I don't see any real value in most of those reports anyway so IMO no harm done. To compare it to "real" journalism or question Charissa's integrity because of it, is a joke. Get a life !!!

Way to go Clarissa, yes I'm being sarcastic. You are being constantly talked about on two Philadelphia sports talk stations in a very negative light. Many women have to go through a sideline reporter job to make it to a studio job or to get something bigger. You just crapped on them, and on the reporting media, all newscasters who take sourcing very serious as they should. I feel sorry for you and I am upset for women who care and want to be in the sports profession. There is no fake apologies that would make sense at this point in time, you said what you said and stated you did it more than once… Being that you mentioned this previously on previous podcast. Own it like a respectful responsible human being please, then apologize. You might find more forgivens taking that path. Best wishes to all women out there who honestly care and want to succeed in this field. I believe your Go just got muddied by Clarissa. The bottom line on this is irrefutable imo.
