  1. Neat idea and lesson Eric. Will take it to the range tomorrow. Hopefully improved contact. Be well-Russ

  2. Should we intentionally "try" to achieve a flat wrist at impact, or should we "allow" it to happen as a result of something? I've found that the more I keep my shoulders and arm muscles soft or tension free, the more I'm able to swing my arms and the club with freedom. The weight of the club and the momentum in the arms created by rotation and gravity seems to flatten the wrist and also creates lag. To me, trying to do something causes tension and muscle action that can be detrimental.

  3. Great stuff Eric! Is the left arm dominant in the rt handed golf swing or is the right?

  4. Eric, with a strong grip bowing the lead hand will result in a closed face. Will it not? This bowing will probably work with a neutral to a weak grip. No?

  5. Hey Eric, another good one! Personally, I think the best point you made was towards the end when you said you're free to experiment. I think sometimes we get caught up trying to model one specific way, when in reality something that works for one person may not be best suited for another. Certain generalities apply, but we need to accept the freedom to experiment slightly. I know for me sometimes that's a hard one, I try to follow one specific thing rather than allowing for what's best for me.. Thanks as always!
