  1. Great stuff!! Are we looking to see or feel more width and/or stability in our golf swing?? It’s easy enough to video our swing and look. Thanks!

  2. 3 reasons these are NOT good for your swing:

They promote conflict to the basic fundamentals of connection. Anything that gets your arms away from your body will hurt your swing not help it.

The weight shift in the golf swing is NOT a turn, it is a shift. Just like any athletic move, for the weight to transfer forward, it must go back first. Turning and twisting is not a weight transfer. This will wreck your back and does not promote the club face staying square throughout the swing.

The lower body drive the swing. Hands and arms kill your golf swing. The big muscles move the club…Hogan101. Work in your core for back stability and your lower legs for drive and power. I have been a PGA Class A for 20 years and stay in top shape with basic core exercises, body weight exercises and basic stretching. It is not complicated.
