Aw man, I'm already dreading the day when Martin decides to hang up his mic and headset. I started watching and learning about F1 over ten years ago with Martin and Crofty as my guides. He's definitely made my childhood with his commentary.

I don't see what is epic about this lap? It's at 5/10ths at best. Martin is great to watch and listen to, but don't use the word 'epic' so lightly !

What is the point of filming following a safety car ?? Boring !!
Audio is so badly out of sync you can tell from the onboard shots showing the gear changes on the HUD happen a second after the sound is plugged in. The revs and gear changes are just all wrong.
Hmmm, to be able to call it epic, you need to let him loose. This was more like a SC lap, trundling along.

Martin Brindle is great. I can listen to him all day long. Enormous talent! I would love a ride along with him anywhere. Even around my neighborhood. As long as he gives commentary!
