Tiki makes great points. But, there's no reason an offense in today's NFL is averaging 14-16 points a game. And Hacketts offense has been in this range for 2 seasons now.
He didn't call plays in GB, he had one good playcalling year in Jacksonville, and otherwise has not been good.
At the end of the day the jets placated Rodgers too much, they should've made Hackett the QB coach

The problem is the organization and that starts with Woody Johnson. Johnson is an incompetent owner who has empowered Aaron Rogers to call the shots.
