Every golfers I have ever played golf with wants to hit the golf ball LONGER hit it further than all their golf mates right? Well this is the only drill i can recommend to date that works! This is the ONLY increase distance with driver drill that i would trust! in-fact it is the NO.1 drill to date that I have used with new golfers, experienced golfers and older senior golfers that gives the increase in club head speed and distance!
Get the facts right and make more angular speed as apposed to linear speed in the golf swing! Create club head speed this way is the secret to an extra 30 yards with driver. This is exactly how to hit the golf ball longer with ALOT less effort!

Someone once said that they were told not to focus on the right hand. I focus on my right arm. Really reaching for the ball on impact and following through to almost a gut punch.
Almost trying to throw the club head down before impact, and imagine tossing the club away with a lot of back flip after.
So do I stop doing all the other drills you showed us?

So how do you not flip the club? I seem to either drag the club or flip the club.
I have watched you for over a year along with other pros.I got better and like most lack of consistency. Last night I watched a short that showed 10 pros driving the ball from a behind look. Suddenly I noticed they all did one same thing. All using the right knee going forward and the right shoulder coming down and slightly around to start the downswing. So with that the swing is basically a push,push not pull, pull. It's a baseball swing at a low inside pitch or my slapshot in hockey. I went to the range and focused just on this and hitting the back of the ball. I hit the ball like I never have before with every single club including driver. Unreal distance. The swing came so easy like my baseball swing did. My elbow stayed by my side, I had side bend, my finish was automatic and looked like the guys like you I see on you tube. My question is why don't you guys teach it like this. After a couple of years of watching all these videos I saw how the swing is done in a short. I really think you guys can simplify it without all these thoughts. When you do what I did from what I watched everything was a result of those 2 little things. Knee forward and the right shoulder down and around.
Excellent video Alex on how to get the wrists more involved to increase distance! I have been working on more of a lighter grip, fluid wrists and supple forearms for sometime now. When I get it right, I hit some pretty good shots. When I get it wrong, the shots are like the "skinny" one you demonstrated in your video! I will definitely pay more attention to using the handle more properly in the future! Well Done Alex! Keep up the good work!!
This is the second time you have shown this to your subscribers alex, IT WORKS PEOPLE. Alex did a similar video a few months back , more about feeling a pull with your hands to the follow though position. This feeling gets the wrists working and the feels generated worked great fro me. 7 yards club head with the driver …. After I cut off 1.5 in of driver shaft . I still was 12 yards better and 30 percent more fairways , in fact the end of the year I hit my longest drivers of the year in the cold. You are a great teacher alex thanks for your time !!!!
