  3. This workout has THE MOST annoying music ever! I kept muting it and then turning it back on in hopes of improvement–nope. It should also be called a "Squat Workout" as most of the exercises are variations of squats.

  4. In this workout you are required to use your legs A lot!! So be aware of the next day soreness while you’re at work! 😂😂😂 BUT KEEPING GOING! I did it. You can too!

  7. i've been very sedentary this year and only managed to make to the 13 minuts of the video, however, i'll do it again tomorrow until i can finish it without pausing T_T, lesgo

  9. First time doing it, I could not do the jumps in half of the exercices and had to modify. I will try to do all the jumping next time.
