    7 pound's chicken breast (no rice, pasta,potato)
    Alot of egg's (not sure about the amount)
    Alot of vegetable's (not sure about the amount and what type's)

    You should try out this diet

    Meal 1 – 10 egg's (scrambled) and 2 chicken breast with alot of broccoli
    Meal 2 – 10 egg's (omelette with cheese and 1 tomato in slices) and 1 steak with alot of mushroom
    Meal 3 – 10 egg's (boiled mix with a bowl of lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber, ham, bacon and feta cheese)

    High protein, high fat, low carb, low sugar.

  2. His waist is blocky and he’s got short arms, and he has that puffy look. If he can slim down a bit more and get definition in his legs he’ll do good when he goes pro.

  3. Screw the neck its all about the quads. Those are some of the most impressive quads and calves I have ever seen. He learns how to get shredded and he will be a problem.
