Germans have a cultural ethos that is averse to self promotion. For such a large sporting country they also produce almost no good golfers.
Cleeks really need new front men/leader and a new mascot. There’s tons of cool team names to choose from for a Central European team

Stenson needs to have his own team called the Vikings , as for the Cleeks maybe Thomas Peters should join them so it’s more a German/Austrian type team , it’s never going to be the team that dominates every week , but on certain courses it should be able to at least get on the podium, Martin Kymer isn’t a natural born leader , that’s why he has older guys around him , it’s going to take a bigger effort from the others to lift the team , they are all good players , and the team didn’t make a profit this year , so I expect that this will force them to change next year, and perhaps a name change that better represents who and what the team is all about

Cleeks is the team which could best represent a team which damages LIV Golf league brand and marketing — they offer nothing — my view they are exactly where most players signed up for TGL will be in July — dispensable — lack personality and game combined — LIV golf should rebrand team with new captain from outside Current player pool – fresh to LIV – and pay off GMAC Kaymer and Weisberger – Bland for his success last year should survive — but the team currently is faceless — needs to be dispensed with in current form
