Came down to the kickers. All Blacks don't have any kickers. Hopefully they learn their lesson. They have 4 years to develop one for the next world cup but even with 1 man down the AB's showed they are a dangerous team and kudos to them for continuing to fight. Had they had a clone of Dan Carter in their team they would have easily won and kicked over those penalties. Great final. Amazing showcase for the sport.

It is certain that if the referee does not whistle for obvious faults, particularly in the rucks which considerably slow down ball exits or which optimize ball contests, yes it is certain that you can win all your matches. This is literally unheard of in the history of sport I think. And I'm not counting the anti-gambling gestures of certain unsanctioned South African players. etzebeth must take at least two red cards in this World Cup and this is a simple example allowed for dozens of others. I repeat this is one of the biggest cheats I have ever seen. I even suspect referee Ben Okeef of much more when we analyze the break times against England when and when we observed the physical state of the South Africans that evening. I could write a book about this corrupt World Cup. Surely this is all political or do the Anglo-Saxons want to play this competition among themselves?

IDK enough about rugby (i follow Soccer/NFL/NHL) but being raised in NZ i always tune in for the All Blacks in big games esp living back down in AUS now but can anyone explain how that was a yellow let alone RED card tackle? Taking a teams captain out THIS early in the game seems like a HUGE decision to make esp if he has the equivalent of 'VAR' to review it
