Hey Josh, SUCKY FIelds has had a boat load of starts and has stunk up the field with his foggy brain. So are you done with Fields or are you like all these other weirdos that have a man crush on Fields and can't see reality.
Its not even a qb controversy even if he puts together more good games. We are still probably drafting a QB.

Fields got sacked over 100 times last year while having 4+ seconds to throw the ball.
He also has an elongated throwing arm so the ball comes out super slow it was also a problem for him coming outta college he can’t fix it.

John, thanks for giving a level headed response to the hype going on in the Bear's camp over QB Bagent. Additionally, the game plan has to change to play against a better team with a better defense that is going to come after the QB. Plus as you said, the Bears need to put up a lot of points to the the Chargers…
Schrock ranked Fields as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFC. His opinion means nothing.

I mean… who would gush over this guy if he just dinked and dunked his way to 160 passing yards and a single TD right?
How many more games do we need to see where fields loses it himself!
I agree with that sentiment that he needs to have more good games, but on the other side of that coin: he's GOING TO have more good games. You don't just go out and replace the QB midseason and play that well in your first NFL start. That isn't a normal thing. Bagent had one of the best debuts I can remember watching, 72% completion rate could have been easily 80% and that is stellar. As for saying he needs 4-5 games and it's a QB controversy- no. If Bagent wins 4-5 games he's already almost matched Fields' career win total. If Bagent wins next game it'll officially be an issue, if not then, GUARANTEED by win number three. LOL how people they're acting like Bagent is trying to take some normal QB's job and not a guy who's shown 95%+ being a bust. Bagent doesn't have to do all that to take the job because Fields just isn't very good.
