Could you do a video on the difference between lactate workouts and conditioning?
Hello, coach. Why would you say this particular workout is the best lactate workout?
I believe it is for the following reasons, 1. Kid’s complete against each other. 2. It is a different point of view kids understand the distance they improved. 3. It is at race pace. 4. They have a long term goal in mind. 5. 1-4 really helps the kids be in the moment (aka mental present).
Hi Coach, a few questions:
1. How do you perform a max fly? I’m mainly confused about how much effort you should use for the run in before getting to the fly part
2. How much rest do you take in between each fly? You do 3 fly’s in one speed session, correct?
3. Are 10m fly’s the only fly distance you should be doing or are 30m fly’s ok too? Is there any benefit/con for varying fly distances?
It looks like that guy marcellus doesn't go all out from the start. What do you recommend for this kind of drill. Go all out from the start or to save a bit?
My son just ran 10.92 wind legal tonight using your training methods – thank you 🙂
So, this is done with only 2 sprints?
