I never ever address the address directly behind the golf ball when i hit driver from the TEE! This is exactly what Jon John follows and we can all achieve this too! Doing this has allowed me to drive the golf ball MUCH LONGER & STRAIGHTER & create an easy golf swing for a consistent driver game. Making this adjustment with my drier I NOW find the middle of the cub & increase ball speed, consistently!
Making this adjustment with your driver & NEVER starting with the golf club driver head behind the golf ball will help you find the middle at impact enrsurining longer, straighter drives! I know this will sound crazy but i never start with the golf club behind the golf ball when i have the driver in my hand! This way i can increase my club head speed, hit the golf ball much longer and straighter. Its worth knowing that this simple golf swing driver tip will allow you to hit the golf ball longer and straighter no matter age or ability!
This is Why I NEVER Start with the Club Behind the Golf Ball

3 Little sneak peaks into exactly what I do with my driver
Very good 💝
Love this 🎉🎉
I've always set up about 45 degrees back behind the ball. Don't know why but it works
Good tips! Looking forward to putting them in play.
Great info! Looking forward to working on this at the range tomorrow!! 👍🏻👍🏻🏌🏻♂️
Been playing about 2 months know and ur videos have helped a ton. Thank you
You make it look so easy. Great information
I started doing this with all of my shots…I don’t know why, but this really works for me…no matter if it’s my irons or if I tee it up with my driver…great to see that I’m not the only one that does this…
On the tee tomorrow morning will try this
Never get time to read the question
Alex, very good tip with the toe alignment. So, where do you recommend aligning/addressing your irons to the golf ball? Same as the driver??
Played around on the range today with lining up driver at the toe end. Genuinely before I saw this video. Smashed ball after ball. Gained a lot of yards and the sound of a middle hit was awesome. Your video defo confirmed this is a good tip! Everyone should have a try at this.
Gracias por el consejo tan acertado.
Alex this worked!!! Of course im not worried about power right now as im trying to get the right feel first. However, i hit 5-8 balls and they were straight down the range!! Alex you are awesome!!
This technique has helped me. I now rarely hit a slice. Ball goes straight and long!
I can't do the toe. I do the heel.
An older gentleman on the range helped telling me my shoulders were not square to the target…. which he said is a common problem among many players. Probably why i have trouble with hitting my intended target.
Great video . Thanks ! I’m going to start addressing the driver a few inches behind as although my driver is decent I tend to hit the ball higher as hitting down on it ? (I think that would cause this ? ) . I tend to hit more out of the toe so should I try the opposite and address more out the heel (opposite to your instructions ?)
I picked this up in a lesson you dropped a while back and man, it's nice to just walk off the tee before the ball lands, knowing you put it right where I aimed. And that feeling, comes from exactly this. Thank you.
