This is not hard to understand. This club finished 3rd in the table, 3rd in Goals allowed and 1st in Clean Sheets. Defending WASN’T the problem. They finished 6th in goals while having the second most shots on target. Even the most uneducated person could see they needed goals. So they go out and get a midfielder, change their gold glove winning Goalkeeper and decided not to get Harry Kane cause he’s too expensive but thought getting a 20year old 9 goal scorer with 20games in him to solve their problems scoring goal. Eve a person who can’t see could see this wasn’t going to go well. None of the summer signings made any sense except Arambat to play with Casemiro. Yet they still spent nearly 200 mil. Blame Richard Arnold and John Murtough for not even trying to get Harry Jane and Blame Ten Hag for getting rid of De Gea and trying to play a style of football he doesn’t have the players to play. His two best players Rashford and Fernandes are best suited to play a counter attacking style yet he wants to play from the back and thru the thirds. Like putting a square peg in a round hole. The mid week Palace game was a joke. Hogdson even stated Palace couldn’t compete in Cup competition before the game and sent out a weakened squad. How much more did one need to see Palace wasn’t interest in the League Cup game. If United fans thought what they did was going to happen again, they were delusional.
I don't know what is the problem this time. No penetrating passes. Just side to side between back 4. Rashford doesn't track back. These owners have given players too much power
Rashford is the biggest problem. Notice he is the only one who had been involved in all FAILED rebuilding teams. What does that tell you?? Besides scoring goals, what has Rashy improve as a player?? He still makes horrible decisions. Cant play passes. Cant cross. Cant play thru ball. He is just a 1 trick pony. A quick counter attack merchant. United will never win a major title with him in the team starting week in week out. He is just an overrated below average player. Easy. Between Rashy and Mitoma..who do you choose in your team?

its a cycle …. under glazers its not possible to have a proper rebuild. we didnt sign players we needed. and now with injuries … we can see why we needed those signings…. this has happened to ole, jose, and lvg too

Ange has a better squad of players than Ten Haag but has produced a style of play in a shorter period of time. Questions need to be asked of the manager and players
United won the mid week game because palace have more injuries and worse bench players. They played 2 academy kids for significant minutes in that game. We handed it away so we could win the prem game and we did so everything went to plan

Most of the players attitudes are not that good and frankly some of the players are not that good anyway.
Keep playing Rashford and Bruno and you can see why the team struggles. Rashford especially who can’t be bothered to be a team player. He should be dropped until he shows willingness to play for the team rather than for his own glory. He is dragging the whole team down. The captain is also hiding from his responsibilities as just that, being the captain. He shows up sporadically but the team needs consistency.
The United players aren't good enough it's simple as that. There's like 2 or 3 good players currently at the club. Everybody else belongs at the bottom of the league or in the championship. Face facts. Rashford, Sancho, Antony all need to leave ASAP. Our forward line is just pathetic. Horribly bad players. All of them.
They are passive, reactive, and don't get around the pitch very quickly. Add to that not being very joined-up or organized, and basically lazy and what you get is a pants football team. They are becoming a second Everton.
Manchester United has recorded the highest net spend of any club in the world over the last decade. Ten hag trains to hard classic Dutch philosophy, result is less energy on match day, more injuries as a result with less confidence

Not sure if any1 noticed, but utd's pisition on the table is a higher number than goals scored, and they ave 1.57 goals conceded per match
The talk about player power shouldn’t be an issue, for me ten Haag is weak he clearly doesn’t have the qualities needed to be a world class manager, Ajax made him look better than he is while he was there they had some very talented players compared to the others in Dutch league. Ten haag has not shown any signs of imprinting a style or gameplan he’s clueless
Hojlund’s application on the pitch proves it’s not ETH at fault, it’s the application of some of the other players which is getting him in trouble.
If TH benches Rashford for the next game I guarantee you’ll see a different team.
every thing has gone wrong at man utd, YES Erik Ten Hag is under pressure, sorry to say but is putting players on the field that shouldn't be there from the start of every game, Likes of Rashford , Onana, Casemiro, Dalot, Pellistri, man utd will struggle under ETH this season & he only wants to bring in players that have already played for him with other clubs , no top 4 finish, lost to many games already, early exit from the CL, should finish about 8 or 9, ETH has lost the dressing room, this comes down to how ETH favours a few more than the rest of the team,
