    That’s not the story tho. The story is that Pat pays Rodgers to do exclusivity interviews for this show and this show alone while telling people he’s a good friend that is simply giving his time for free.

    Pat lied and just admitted it and is now making excuses while not covering the actual story.

    Just reality that a crackpot like Rodgers is given a platform to spout lies and then gets well compensated for it.     I have never understood why owners and bosses don't understand this. You get what you pay for. If you try to scrape the barrel and get the most for the least squeeze. If you make a person feel good and like they are worth something they work harder. And if they don't it is incredibly easy to notice who is mooching. Just not as easy as scraping the barrel apparently

    Amazing that regular guests are not regularly paid for their time. News networks regularly pay regular contributors. And for sports “journalists” to call you out for paying regular guests because it damages your institutional integrity is a joke. That said, Rodgers is a nut and his whacky views generate nice ratings.

    I do respect your point. I have been disrespected and used by a couple companies I have worked for it sucks to not get paid for your real value.

    I get it but I honestly thought rodgers was doing it because he enjoyed it and they’re boys. So I was pretty surprised he was getting paid to appear on the show.

    This is interesting because I've long thought that if I did something that caused big companies to want to interview me, I thought: Why would I donate my time to big companies so they can make money off me without me being compensated? Good for McAfee.

    I remember when you got your van stuck at the parking garage lol and I remember literally praying at bed that month for y’all’s safety and for me to somehow become part of the show. Now this was like what five years ago now or so and I’m very successful now at what I do but back then I still dreamed of being a sports talk show host lol 😂 oh dreams how marriage shatters them 😂
