SURFING A REMOTE REEF BREAK IN CANADA WITH ROWDY SEA LIONS (RAW POV)

There’s nothing better than surfing waves in remote places with only a few of your mates (and a local sea lion colony) in the lineup. No matter whether the waves are big or small it’s always surreal to surf and connect with nature without any distractions when there’s no cell service or any kind of amenities and all you can do is just live in the moment and make memories… And maybe a couple of cheeky head dips too!
Other surfers appearing in this video include Sepp Bruhwiler, Shea Bruhwiler and Martin Gallant.
Huge shoutout to photographer Alex Joel for capturing my best wave when my gopro froze and for the additional footage from the trip!

  1. Seems a bit risky, because where there are sea lions, there will be white sharks, unless orcas have chased them away.
