The most ridiculous thing about Figo is that he only got injured a couple of times in his career and for very short periods. He was also an assist machine like Kevin De Bruyne is nowadays and it was really difficult to take the ball from him. He would either dribble, pass or suffer a foul but he would never ever lose the ball to the opposing team. One of his former teammates (De Boer?) said that when in trouble they would give the ball to Figo as he would come up with something to win the game and secure the victory.
