Great QB and an impressive thoughtful man on most topics. But an incredible fool not understanding what it means to be a public figure, the immense responsibility that comes with it. He clearly doesn’t understand the power of his words; that there are folks who may have died because his & others’ non-medical expert, anti vaccine rhetoric swayed them not to get vaccinated. Regardless of his or anyone’s stance on vaccines – he should clearly state that those at high risk should consult with a trained physician (which he’s most decidedly not) if they should consider getting vaccinated or not. Shame on him, Pat and the entire show for not understanding their responsibilities as public figures and behaving accordingly. Incredibly ignorant and reckless by all of them.
