  1. Same scenario with Man Utd against Spurs, Stevie and company blasted Ten Hag for complaining about the ref not awarding Man Utd a penalty.
The refs have been bad so far this year but the pundits have been terrible.

  2. The penalty was a joke. Ben White handles the ball before it hits Romero. Why is everyone missing it?

  3. this same guy said Romero's handball vs. Man United was not a penalty… A hypocrite clown with flip flop opinion and he is apparently an "expert" according to @ESPN

  4. It's funny how when Manchester United had the exact similar handball situation down to the exact player, everyone said it's not a pen

  5. Has nicol been drinking .. nothing to do with his opinion on the penalty ..just seems to come across as not quite sober..his speech is slurred and he's swaying..

  6. Why was it a handball for Romero this time and not against UTD. Almost same scenario in both, UTD didn't get pen and arsenal were given. This is true. Everyone against UTD this season.

  7. Perhaps they should familiarise themselves with the rules, then start offering opinions on such matters

  8. This game was a fixed match because Ben white was the first person to handball but the var just went direct to that of Tottenham s so referees are more in the game than refereeing

  9. Don’t say it’s a stonewall penalty kick when it’s obviously not. Even Ange Postecoglu said it after the game that he didn’t understand the handball rule & that’s because of the total inconsistency from game to game. Was it a deliberate handball, absolutely not, but the ref chose to give it. Same thing will happen to somebody else next weekend & it’ll be no penalty. Nobody has a clue, it’s a farce.

  10. What atrocious diction of both commentators. Have British school forget to teach the spoken English.

  11. Stevie YOUR SO SHAMELESS .the one against MAN UNITED u stood against .u shld stay at home and enjoy retirement.

  12. F off… Romero handling garnacho’s shot was way more obvious and you pundits say it’s not handball.
Biased AF. You guys are just anti-united

  13. I think the penalties given out in today’s game are ridiculous decisions and that VAR is a waste of money and time as we are still not satisfied so the changes have cost money and there’s even more controversy about referees due to the new system so it’s actually not keeping people happier about the outcome if anything it’s going the other way and it’s opened up a whole new debate it’s impossible to keep both sets of fans happy as an official let’s be honest so less moaning about it and just enjoy the game as it’s still the greatest sport ever and we all love it 🌍✌🏼

  14. Football gods forbid that the law-makers rework the law to say something like: "In the case of ball-to-hand contact, if the arm is extended away from the body and contact takes away an advantage from the attacking team, then penalty. Advantage in this context means 'prevents the ball from going into the net, or prevents the ball from traveling to where there is an obvious and immediate chance that a goal could be scored.' All other cases of ball-to-hand contact are deemed incidental. Hand-to-ball contact is deemed to have happened and results in a penalty only when there is a predominance of evidence to suggest that the player making the contact was acting in such a way as to deny advantage to the attackers"

  15. It was obviosly a handball. His hand stopped the ball from going in that means handball lol
