Lecava didnt get anywhere near rorys line. He was on the other side of the hole that where his putt was and lecava just almost ran into him. Nothing about stepping in lines
The whole hat thing with the crowd is only to be expected. Pros should be used to being heckled and mocked – what do they expect? It's the Ryder Cup!! However, in no way is it acceptable for a member of the support crew getting directly involved in the action (and this equally applies to the European Team) in a manner that affects (or has the potential to) the actions of the opposition players. I do agree that Shame Lowry likes to stir it up and, arguably, he shouldn't have got involved but he's not the sort of guy who sits back and reflects on things. Great show BTW.
The players know that they don't get paid taking part in Ryder. If that is a problem, say no thanks. What they do taking part in Ryder is help building their brand.

Tomorrow’s singles could be spicy. The USA will be pleased they’ve riled up Europe and Luke will calm things down. It was stupid behaviour on the 18th by Joe LaCava and normally his pro would sort out any caddy missteps, but Cantley is a bit of a Shop Steward who Zac is very wary of.
