    Imagine being able to use Hooker the same way the chiefs use kinnon make him a WR and let Ben Johnson work up those motion or double reverse toss backs to a 2nd QB to hit Raymond, Reynolds, and St.Brown deep 😅 can’t wait to see how the future goes with this team including future contracts and future drafts

    Solid game! I hate the all white uniforms though. I used to really love their away white jerseys and gray pants. That was classy.

    Lions not my team but sooooo good to see them beat the chiefs….. Thir just getting started who knows how good they can get rookies are unreal nowadays

    Let’s realize this…the last 2 NFL regular season games featured the Detroit Lions winning on the road against future HoF QBs in the hardest environments to win…Season Finale of ‘22 and opener of ‘23. Even the NFL knows what’s going on in Detroit and made choices to showcase them on the biggest stage when ALL eyes are watching.

    Montgomery showed he is so much better than Williams. I'll always have much respect for Williams but Montgomery is just on another level.

    As long term Bears fans, we know what it's like to suffer. And you guys have suffered even longer than we have. Detroit looks great. It's fantastic to see the Lions really coming together and we'll be cheering for you the rest of the season. Congrats!

    Also another highlight….Aside from a questionable DPI on sutton…lions had 24 pressures on a total of 48 pass plays, 45 total dropbacks….with 0! 0! Defensive penalties for roughing the passer…..THAT is insane, even with mahomes scrambling ALOT

    この試合、ケルシーとクリス・ジョーンズの不在ばかり話題になっていた。
    デトロイトファンとしては、ちょっと待て！バグスとモズリー不在なんだが！と言ってやりたい。
    ジョーンズが、いなかったことで許したパスやランがあったような言い方するが、そんなもん、ジャワン・テイラーのフォルススタートで帳消しだと。
    あれで、ハッチンソンに対してどれだけイニシアチブ握っていたことか。
    まともにやりあっていれば、テイラーは少なく見積もっても2～3回はやられていただろう。
    その分足して考えなければフェアじゃないね。
    不在選手の都合で、オンズリケとパスカルがカギになると思っていた。

    ゴフがミスせず、2タイプのRBが役割をきっちり分け合って結果を出す。
    肝となる強みは昨年から継続出来ている。
    レシーバーは、マーヴィン・ジョーンズがファンブルやドロップで不安要素となっていた。
    3年ぶりに戻って来たかつての英雄なんで期待したかったが残念。
    でも、そのポジションはカリフ・レイモンドに置き換えることが出来ると思っている。
    いずれ、ジェイムソン・ウィリアムズが入る。
    昨年から、グレードアップの点でいまいちに思えるが、RBギブスとTEラポルテを計算に入れている。
    この試合を見る限り、2人は大きなプラスとなっていた。
    攻撃陣は、ラインも含めて、怖いのはケガだけだ。
    それでも、昨年までに比べれば、デプスは厚いと思う。
    特にQBはブリッジウォーターが居るんで心強い。
    あ、ひとつ。
    Cラグノウのスナップミスとカウント取り違えによるフォルススタートは、彼の慢性的な怪我によるコンディショニングの難しさを考えれば、仕方ないと考えた方がいい。
    それを補っていくのが、ライオンズライン陣の大事な仕事だ。

    課題の守備は、効果は出ている。
    いちばんは、パスカバーとスペースをカバーすることの改善。
    DBを大補強したのはよかったよ。
    これにモズリー加わるんだし、PSになっているルーカスもいずれローテに加わるでしょ。
    ギルモアも不気味だしね、どれだけの力を秘めているのか。
    ブランチのインセプは、ごっつぁんだった。
    でも、今までは、あそこに選手がいなかったんだよ。
    ガードナージョンソンもだけど、居て欲しいところに居てくれる。
    攻撃選手への寄り、マークマンへの積め、オープンスペースの潰し。
    これらをしっかりやってくれる。
    ジャック・キャンベルの指名も正解だった。
    LBは何人いてもいいですからね。
    前にプレッシャー後ろにカバーリングと、良い仕事をしてくれていた。

    チーフスに20点取られたことが、多かったのか少なかったのか。
    でも、これだけは言える。
    攻撃が取る点数より1点でも低い点数に抑えればいい。
    まだまだ改善点は見受けられるけど、纏まりのあるよく機能しているチームになっている。

    次戦シアトル戦で、ずっこけるような結果にだけはなって欲しくないな。

    Didn't see the beginning of the game. KC got away with a push in the back on the punt return. I mean, of course they did smh….🤦

    Scarry. Can remember them at Tiger Stadium in Detroit. It must be near the end times, the Detroit Lions beating the world champs. The world is ending soon!!

    Want yo talk about a hungry group of fans,a hungry city, hell they been cheating on Detroit teams for decades. Can anybody say Alex Karras, Lem Barney, I can! Wake up the echoes of Bobby Layne! Old school smash mouth, Michigan and Trumbel Lions football just might be back. What the hell, give it a Go! Said to myself, I would never ever back them ever! They sucked me in again. THE LIONS!

    Rewatching these highlights we can see a HUGE difference between the defense this game vs. the one we saw against the Seahawks. The defense got flattened by a QB of equal or lesser caliber than Mahomes. So in all reality, our defense is the reason we lost that game, our offense played flawlessly, except for the INT. We can't expect more than that from Goff, he was terrific. O-line gave him all the time in the world. Our D needs to perform for us to beat these higher caliber teams reliably.
