For anyone with questions, I’ve raced in all of these shoes. Junior (last) year, I ran 1:58 800m, 4:32 1600m, 9:49 3200, and I ran 15:29 xc this year. All done at 4646ft elevation. Just so you trust it lmao. 100m-400m maxflys, 400m-800m air zoom victory, 800m-10k/steeplechase dragonfly. Another good option for 800m-3200m are the new balance MD-X. The dragonflys are far better for the steeple than the mamba, mostly because it saves your quads a TON. I used both and far prefer dragonflys. If you want one shoe to do everything from 100m-10k get the dragonfly. It’ll do for all of them pretty well unless you’re the best of the best which you shouldn’t be doing all events at that point anyways.
