   Great show! Commenting on the possible lack of a roster plan by Pierre Dorion, sometimes he seems a bit like a magpie, he sees a shiny thing and wants it, without considering how it's going to fit into what he already has. There was never room to fit DeBrincat into the lineup. Heck, if he'd signed an extension before Stutzle then the Sens would be in a lot worse position long-term. And he seems to have done the same again with Tarasenko. There wasn't an overwhelming need for a third right winger, but there was a critical need to sign the #3C.

   I'm not arguing that Pinto should be signed by now. That's somewhat dependent on how he and his agent handle the negotiations. If Morgan Frost is 2 x $2.1M after 46 point season then I'm not sure why Pinto should be getting a lot more for 35 points with much better linemates. But the fact they don't even have room for him without making a move is definitely Dorion's fault.

   I'm only concerned with the lack of Norris. The Pinto stuff will figure itself out. I dont think he amd his agent have any leverage after only playing 1 season. And losing ahl guys on waivers…..who cares. Sens Twitter is the absolute worst. No real fans post there.

   Just wanted to add on the fan question mentioned if we had signed the cat where would we be?

   I think we would be in the same exact spot.. with Sanderson signed aswell.. no tarra 5M and kuba 2.5M , thats pretty much exactly the same salary for the cat if not instead of 120k cap space we would be about 250k over!

   For Chaby on Rd i think its actually perfect. And i think the plan is also to play him at times with Sanderson so chaby i think would still be the minutes leader. I don't think Zub will play 25Min i really doubt that. I think chaby plays a few extra shifts here and there with Sandy. I think it's a great idea.

   Anyways what do i know. Haha😂

    People critical of Dorion knew this would happen eventually. Hes going to be replaced. You can't make this many mistakes and win a cup

    who made the drake batherson career point sheet? said he only had 100 pts in 227 career games which is wrong LOL hes got 159 points in 227 games played! CMON MAN!

    I've rarely criticize the GM cause what do I know but how do you sign Tarasenko BEFORE Pinto ffs

    With all due respect…Drake Batherson had a lot more than just a suspect injury hanging over him last year…many questions that are still unanswered at this point…maybe Alex Formenton can shed some light on those questions

    The Sens dodged a bullet when DeBrincat didn't want to sign. Dorion turns around and signs Tarasenko instead of using the money for Pinto and a strong bottom six guy. I wonder how well Batherson will play on his off side because you need to appease the guy who will only be here for one year. I wonder if Tarasenko will be totally focused on placing himself in goal scoring opportunity while completely ignoring defence kind of like DeBrincat did. Blame the awful plus minus numbers on Batherson. Blame Chabot.
    Dorion doesn't seem to think things through.
    I don't think it's a great idea for a Dman to play on their off side. They might get away with it during the regular season but will get smoked in the playoffs when the forecheck is just much more intense and you know that's where opposing teams are going to be placing the puck for their forecheck.. That's OK. Just blame it on Chabot.
    I can't wait to see the end of Dorion but I hope it doesn't take too much more damage to the franchise to make it happen.
    I don't think Smith will be changing his spots so I can't see more structure in the team's overall defensive play happening. They beat the Pens 3 zip but Pittsburgh dominated that game and should have won. We'll see a lot more of that soon enough. The team has no depth but they do have Tarasenko. Woo woo! That's OK. Just blame it on Chabot.

    Did Ian see the Barbie movie for himself, with his wife or with his daughters? This is the most important question of the senators offseason. Also the idea of him casually sipping a water bottle of pink whitney doing an interview is hilarious we need drunk coming in hot 🤣🤣🤣
