Dude. Even the replays of DGN videos won't play without freezing. This has still got to be a Vimeo issue. No problem with other youtube videos and getting 350 Mb/s on my download speeds. Video just constantly locks up. Fire whomever is making the decisions regarding video hosting. And don't try to tell me it's because the live footage froze. When there is a replay of live footage that freezes you can still see the seconds passing by in the video timeline. That's not happening on these DGN replays. It's just locking up. How can you mess up a replay?
