I bet he gets 40 goals and over 50 assists. Look at what Kane did his first season. Bedard obviously has a long way to go to be compared to Kaner but the complete game Bedard shows thus far is incredible. The kid has an incredible drive to achieve. He is foaming at the mouth to show the world what he can do in the NHL. I’m guessing he hits at least 90 points this year.

I'm from Regina, SK and watching Bedard play for the Pats, I can tell you first-hand that until he adjusts to the pace of the game and playing against NHL veterans (re: grown men, not young WHL teenagers) that aren't scared to put him into the boards and lay him out on the ice … he's going to struggle a bit. He doesn't react well to physical play, and takes a few too many reactionary penalties when guys rough him up, so he's really gotta work on the mental-side of his game.
I genuinely like the kid and hope he has a great HoF career, but I feel it's gonna take some time to build the momentum. I'm guessing 20 goals, 25 helpers … and way too many PIMs.

That baby-faced kid had best toughen up over the summer. it's about to get very REAL for him……. he will score 10-12 goals for that dog of a team and get roughed up on a nightly basis.
