Hindsight is 20/20. Rosen at 10th overall was absolutely not seen as a reach or a bad pick at the time.

2:44 Peter King, in his 2018 NFL mock draft, slated Josh Rosen to the Jets (#4 overall), stating "I give the Jets the surest QB thing (Josh Rosen) in this draft." This Peter King dude is a screw up. Love NFL on NBC, but hard to watch it with him on the show.
Lions getting Trey Lance would be interesting. Im really not sure what he even is as a player anymore. I think people just get blinded by the idea of his allure.
Blame the Cardinals for picking Rosen? They traded UP to get him because other teams wanted him as well, you dodos. He looked like a good pick at the time.
