He doesn’t quit, and he is aware of the importance of hard work, which was instilled in both him and his brother, from their parents at an early age. Naturally gifted with raw power, Physically and mentally, he exhibits a toughness that is unmatched, and a resiliency to just keep pushing, no matter the scenario. Healthy and prepared for a big year, the Canadiens know what they have in Xhekaj, and he has their confidence, which will serve him great in his pursuit of growing into a much more multi-faceted defenseman. Just wanna mention that his brother is also a monster. In the clips from the first games of his season, he looks like Brady Tkachuk. He hits hard, shoots well from upclose and has a terrible smile when he scores. Please, let us have a couple games of the Xhekaj brothers dominance!!
