  1. She’s loading the rear leg/hip along with obliques now – and actually shifting her weight more properly.

  2. Well I added 250 feet of distance by double knotting my shoelaces, helps me create more rotational velocity. First I kneel down on one knee, and tie the opposite shoe, making sure to do that double knot. Then I repeat the process for the other side. This is a good break down and should help anyone add at least 100 feet of distance. Just don't ask me to measure or prove any of this, just stating it in the title should add plenty validity.

    Adding that "coiling" thingy was the only way I made it past 250 feet. (O_O)

    O'course…that was only after watching a girl empty her bag on Teepad One. On each shot she did the usual run-up, reach back, and X-step. But then she launched into a fast spin like a figure skater. Her follow through was a complete 360 spin around on one foot/toe.

    It was at that moment I realized that if she could effortlessly throw over 300 feet with noodle arms that muscling the disc with my MAN arms wasn't the way to do this.

    Been thowin' like a gurl ever since. (^_^)

  5. What happened to Sai? She was blowing up coverage early in the season and I haven't even seen her name at the last few events now. Did she get injured or something?
