  1. South Korea travels halfway around the world to play in Wales and Saudi Arabia. Mexico plays Australia. Japan travels to Germany. The USA … invites the 73rd and 74th ranked FIFA teams to St. Louis??? Come on. Agency capture of the US Soccer Federation by our racketeering domestic league diminishes and debilitates the national team. #MLSagenda #BerhalterOut #ProsecuteFraud

  2. Why do Mex fans always show up and US fans do not for their Nat'l teams? Because soccer is not the #1 sport in the USA

  3. Getting outshot by a team playing a 5-4-1 is embarrassing – especially given the club profiles of the US players. Gregg is a fraud and so is the US Federation.

  4. Shout out to Rog for all the love he shows to my hometown of St. Louis as well as it’s current men’s and women’s team legendary veterans Tim Ream and Becky Sauerbrunn! Even the likes of Josh Sargent and Will Bruin come from our town!

  5. "Talent on the field" is almost meaningless if not used well, as a cohesive team – this is on Gregg. Give him the 3 more friendlies, then out. Our best 11 would include Reyna centrally – we could see the difference when DLT went out. Those who were chanting "MMA" underrate the need for 1:1 in midfield/ball progression. Weah is getting better, but I would be concerned about defense. What is McKennie's best position…I'm not convinced it's as midfielder. This can be a very very good team given the right manager.

  6. The Women's National Soccer city is Portland, Oregon. Go back to all the players that came out of the U of Portland program under Clive Charles, and then to the most supported NWSL club, the Portland Thorns, it has been here all along. If we could get a proper grass field in either Portland or Seattle, it could be a National fortress for the men.

  7. As a fan base, we deserve better than Berhalter. It is clear that the team will not play up to it's potential under his leadership.

  8. I love the honesty of this conversation. Other shows try to keep a positive spin on things despite the issues.

  9. Tim ream looked old for the first time. He had a hard time when he was manned up with a player attacking him

  10. pointless match. We should always be playing against the best in the world. and is we have to play a mediocre team, we should play away in hostile stadiums

  11. We played like a team that has a bunch of key players who have just started seasons with new clubs and don't want to get injured playing in a meaningless friendly against Uzbekistan.

  12. Herc Gomez, thank you for this interview. Us in America need to hear that people see what we see. The US federation thinks we are blind.

  13. Question to both of you. So we all saw how playing Gio as the 10 in a 4-2-3-1 early in the year worked out. Gregg has obviously stuck with his 4-3-3. Which has yet to work, lol just had to throw that in there. If Gregg keeps with the 433, where does Gio fit in? In a 433 he ends up being a winger and he plain and simple is not that. I was really hoping that Gregg had learned from both the qualifiers and World Cup. Sadly I think his pride doesn't allow for that.

  14. I don’t think that Gregg doesn’t wanna make in game changes truth is he can’t! We looked super flat and it’s because players don’t wanna go against Gregg’s game plan because he will take them out and he will end up going back to his favorite mls players who bow down to him.. USSF please take the hint you made a mistake, it’s early enough to make a change in the cycle.

  15. Rog, at the beginning of the show you asked why Mexico always has good attendance and why US often struggle with attendance. There are multiple reasons for this….
    1) Soccer/Futbal is the # 1 sport of Mexico by a wide margin. For expats living in the US it's often their only chance to see their team play.
    2) USSF ticket prices….since soccer isn't close to having high popularity in the US even fans of soccer would rather pay to see other sporting events that are more reasonably priced.
    3) USSF decision making….one of the few ways for USMNT fans to make themselves heard on things they don't like is with attendance #'s. The rehiring of GGG was not what the majority of the fanbase wanted. We're showing our displeasure by not attending and hoping it'll shed enough light on the USSFs running to force changes….or at least take our desires into consideration.

  16. 10:59 it is not a possibility with Greg Berhalter at the helm. For 4+ years his tactics have been inept, his word has been flimsy, and all of the fans that aren’t brainwashed by the corrupt federation and MLS propaganda know that Greg Sucks !

It’s beyond soul crushing for life long fans of the USMNT to know what 2026 means and how Greg has already taken a fat dump on it!

  17. The good Ole boys network at ussf keeps gregg. Attendance reflected partially due to that. So much for a fresh and innovative start. Some players liking him is like the inmates running the asylum. We can do much better and the fans deserve better.

  18. As Herc points out: The view of American soccer hasn’t changed, and it won’t change until we dispense with the bone crushing mediocrity of Berhalter.

  19. They need to put the lofty goals in the background and just focus on one game at a time!

  20. The problem wasn’t Adams, the problem is the Berhalter system, and his stale, predictable, rigid “system”. Name one 9 that’s looked good in this system. Berhalter refuses to play with a 10, foregoing the middle of the pitch, so it doesn’t matter who’s at 9 they get no service, unless the USMNT find a 7’ tall target striker. All the game plan consists of under Berhalter is overlap wings, have fullbacks throw in hopeful crosses.

  21. The "system" not design for #9 successfully scoring, leaves gaps the middle, Uzbeks' CB's can predict the crosses, and #9 has no one to combine.

  22. Please talk about the corrupt USSF. You keep mentioning Respect. where's the respect for the fans they want in the stands? GGG is a terrible coach.

  23. LDT could be the US' version of Xavi if Gregg would let him. He's that sharp and that nimble.
