2 plate bench, 3 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift? Absolutely insane.
Her deadlift is better than mine even if i decided to take up deadlifts.I still bench 315 and squat about the same at 53 but im sure by the time she is 18 she will be destroying me.

Thank God my deadlift and bench are ddecently stronger than hers. I would just give up otherwise haha. Mind you I'm a 51 year old natty man so it's not silly to be happy that I'm stronger than a 13 year old enhanced girl lol

I didn't hit that until I was around 18. I haven't lifted in 5 years and was lazy for many so chances are, I'm about the same strength as her despite being 40 pounds heavier.
