I'll just say this………. How many thought Dale Sr. was nuts for hiring Mikey? How many bad seasons, and races, did he have before then? I like Hailee a lot and think she has a huge amount of potential. It's going to come down to making smart moves with the right teams. Can she? YES! Will she, only time will tell, but I will support her the whole way.

Yet, no discussion about the other 20 drivers she beats every week. Hailey's career is going to be just fine. She is a great young talent, lots of potential. She puts she's in seats and sells. This video is proof of that. Ain't doing articles on every She beats every week. About them views. She will be just fine. Just need seat time. Like all drivers.

I support her the truck series isn't great and I think it teaches bad habits by the way you have to drive it but when she got in an Xfinity car last year and it was one of the top teams she did really well so time will tell good luck Hailie
Lol she isn't gonna go past trucks. She's proven she doesn't have what it takes. Lol yeah Smoke claimed she was a good dirt driver,he also has said she had no business being on the track in the truck series. She's a dud and rode her daddy's coattails as far as it's gonna take her. Lol nobody is studying her for a higher series.
Itâs no surprise sheâs an extremely good dirt driver. She won a championship in Lucas Oil Off Road competition, and her family is primarily based in off road racing, from the X games to Lucas Oil to Motocross. Thatâs where her true driving strengths lie.
While I would like to see her get at least a part time chance in Xfinity, where the competition is a LOT more respectful and where people can actually learn to improve in NASCAR nowadays, I wouldnât be surprised if she were to jump back into an off road truck and start winning on dirt right off the bat. She can drive, no matter what the haters say. I hope this positive support will start to turn things around.

I really wish we could get a successful long term female driver in Nascar. Thought we had one in Danica Patrick, but nope. Maybe Halie will finally be the one.
You people are blinded by a twisting ass. She was hoping someone would crash so she didn't finish last in the last SRX event of the year and of the drivers that ran all 6 SRX races guess what…. she finished dead last. So if SRX was the best thing ever she has done it sure doesn't show. Put her in an Xfinity or Cup car and she will be known as "Danica Crash Deegan".
She's an awesome driver and person as well and will always cheer her on, I'm glad she is being noticed and I pray for something good to come out of it, and when it does I'll cheer for her then also she's why I watch the S.R.X series
The way I see it, Hailie and/or her team weren't good enough or consistent enough to stay out of the back half of the truck field. Those at the back of the pack are desperate and don't always race the way they should.
Not all the wrecks are her fault sheâs got the talent she needs to be in cars not the trucks

The Truck(Caution) series is not a good proving ground for most drivers. Hailie would do a lot better in the Xfinity series (13th in Vegas) and we hope that's pans out.

When 7 time champ Jimmy Johnson was in a series that did not match his driving style, people wanted him out of Nascar. Donât give up on her just like we didnât give up on JJ

Hailie has one difference between her and drivers like Ty Gibbs; Chase Elliott; Darrell Wallace; Ross Chastain; etc. and it ISN'T what you think it is.
I watch the "lower" series a lot for potential future NASCAR superstars and have been doing it for quite a few years now.
I picked Jeff Gordon out right; Kyle Larson is proving to be another; Hailie Deegan WILL prove to be another AND Josh Berry is another. The rest???…Well, they just DON'T have it. (and probably never will.)

I sure didn't get anything from Smoke except that she is a good dirt track racer. In fact he backed that up in a later interview about rumors he was bringing her to SHR as an entry in the xfinity series.
The sport let young up and coming male drivers purposely team up and ruin this girls career. Good old boys are still prominent. Talentless was absolutely a trash comment. Young male drivers scared to lose to females.
She is one hell of a racer I just don't think the truck series is the right series for her but she should never stop racing

shes really not that good n im a fan compaired to the top drivers in her class but unfortintly social media and popularity out wieghs true talent she said herself shes here because of siocial media ya she can drive but you get sponsors now on popularity not talent that and money sge had plenty of money behind her sorry any family with money can buy thier kids into any sport

I love the SRX series, I would not be surprised to see Tony get out of NASCAR especially after they keep targeting his team with made up penalties.

Alan Lawless needs to think before he speaks. Potential sponsors hear this stuff and know he just alienated about a million Deegan fans.
I fully support Halie! She is very talented. However, I think she needs to be a little more aggressive on track and stick the car/truck into the corners and get inside her competitors more, and use that front bumper more. Bruise some of those boys egoâs a little bit. Lord knows they have no problem knocking her out of the way!!
