Golf swing wrist hinge is a popular topic
The wrist hinge I like to see in my pupils is a thumbs up motion, not a fan of a bowed wrist or a cupped wrist but they can work very well for many golfers
Sometimes I leave a bowed wrist hinge if a golfer tends to hit the ball to the right and too high as the bowed wrist hinge in the golf swing can help reduce launch and encourage a left shot
Sometimes I leave a cupped wrist if the golf hits the ball low and left, this is a rare combination and it’s often other factors that cause low left shot or hook and getting rid of a cupped wrist in that golf swing won’t help at all
