Isn’t it funny that Zelina is marketed as Puerto Rican and Latina and they never did this to aj lee who’s also Puerto Rican but becuz aj is a white Puerto Rican and Zelina is an Afro Latina Puerto Rican who’s mainly black wwe has done this with bayley not marketing her as Latina being tall and white the Bella twins who r Italian American and Mexican but their father looks very Spanish European Rosa mendes was always marketed as Latina having a czech but looking indigenous Melina was obviously Latina being mestiza like mickie James being a Native American and white mestiza of mostly indigenous roots eve was also Latina as well and half German being a bit marketed as Latina too due to her last name kaitlyn was also half Mexican but passed off as just white same with Candice Michelle being part Costa Rican and Raquel Rodriguez being marketed as Latina her being close to the border of Laredo same with Roxanne Perez who is Mexican American but looks very Asian.

I'm glad that a lot of the wrestlers that were born Stateside but have Puerto Rican descent actually took the time and celebrate the occasion by draping themselves with the flag colors and really treating you with specific Nuance cultural protocols. Even Damian priest who's originally from the Bronx came out wearing white with black colors on his pants. They really played Into The Narrative of nuyorican AKA Puerto Rican diaspora treating the island of borinquen a spiritual Homeland
