liv is 100 % responsible for it's own bad reputation . they do not need any help from any one . oh yes , the bitter greg norman just adds to the drama
I feel absolutely certain that LIV is not going away. The PGAT sold itself to PIF for the money knowing full well that they could not compete at their new purse levels and benefits for the Premier Players. Like it or not, PIF now has the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. Their future is secured. I love the shotgun starts in LIV but this feature would restrict their membership to 72 players max. Even at that number are there 72 current players who would be considered the best of the best? LIV could contract half that number and have the very best competitions anywhere.
23 of 26 sponsors, who have been supporting the PGA Tour for a number of years, thats the actual money earned at each competition, have direct ties to the public expense fund, Saudi Money. While the players and media were unaware of that, nobody cared. But as soon a LIV golf strikes up the band, in direct competition to the PGA Tour, the PGA then takes the moralistic high ground. Even though they were aware of the hypocrisy of their stance against LIV golf. Jay Monahan has been lying since day one, and been aware of his lies since the beginning.
It actually gets pretty simple. After this year's Rider Cup I will simply stop watching the PGA
I would like to know how much money went into J Monahan’s pocket during this whole thing. He should be thrown off the Tours executive branch.
