While Logan Sargeant being sacked is not how we would want to see the rookie treated, the harsh reality of the sport remains as it is – you do not perform or you get outperformed by your teammate – and you are shown the exit door! With Schumacher experiencing the same fate in Haas, is there any way that he could redeem himself in a Williams—a car much similar to the W14 as he is currently driving in the simulator and has helped Hamilton and Russell so much in navigating the right course of it?

I'm going to say this here for all those that claim that Logan is out after this season…
Mick is more like Ralf, than Michael. He is only attached to Formula 1 to keep the family name tied to f1, and he doesn't really have the talent to go with. Driving style is nowhere near Michael nor Ralf, and is more balanced in comparison to the veal that should've been sent to slaughter a year before it actually happened
I don't agree in Sargeant not being back at williams….I was not high on Ricciardo, he was mid. Let's not forget the reason for him leaving RB was he did not want to be a 2nd driver to Max. That was great decision-making on his part. Come full circle and the way Perez is performing he will end where he rejected to go initially.

There is nothing that Mick has done to prove he's better than Logan. He was mediocre at Haas. And his sacking was for destroying 3 cars in spectacular fashion that some weren't justifiable. There is no way he would pressure Albon. Who is part of the Brat Pack of great drivers that include LeClerc, Norris, and Russell. Albon is damn fast, and would have had several podiums with RB if it weren't for Hamilton punting him off track several times. Albon was actually better than Gasly in his RB debut…tying Max in one qualifying. So it's also unfair to compare Albon to Sargeant. One is a rookie.
Let's not forget….Ferrari also dumped Mick from their drivers academy. He didn't show any genuine potential. And they were right on the money.
If Williams want to retain an American showcase, then hire Herta and you'll gain huge crossover following. And Herta is a potentially much better and aggressive driver than Mick. This boy has raw speed and talent. Bottom line, Mick is not his father.
He has the Schumacher name. Only reason why’s he’s in F1 still. Nick was a way better driver and got booted. Mick crashed a shit load n still is in F1

not a fan of mick but logan sucks and need to be replaced. americans need to understand that F1 is different from crashing trucks or driving around in an oval arena.
Mick crash a lot last years becouse his has a lot pressure… Guinther was very hard on his that years…
I think what hurts mick more then any is the family name . Let's be honest hes EXPECTED to win and perform. But who knows
