Kick is a little iffy
50 fly kick for time
Hope all russian and belarusian swimmers will be banned from all the competitions, like in Nazi Germany during WW2.

Adam Peaty doesn’t cheat by using fly kicks. He prefers to do his cheating outside of the pool.

Wow what a swim! Very amazing looks like a nearly perfect 50m breaststroke. The thing that I personally find most impressive about this is the way how he breaks out and maintains speed from the start. In this he is even better than Peaty. I bet he is faster in the first 25 meters! Thank you for uploading this couldn’t find it anywhere else
Well for everyone commenting that he makes a fly kick: no he does not! A small and efficient breaststroke kick isn’t a fly kick! He has mastered his kick and his water position, so yes he has very high hips. But that is where sprint breaststroke is all about… and you can see his hips coming up and down very well because his water position is so high (but every good sprint breaststroker does that as well). If you find this critical than look at Sakçi. His kick is legal as well but looks a lot more like dolphin kicks than Shymanovichs. This is a perfectly fine 50 breaststroke wich is not done with illegal moves but with a very very good kicking technique! And there is no need to hate him for this or because he is from Belarus. He has got nothing to do with the political decisions that belarus makes! So respect his swim and instead of criticizing his technique try to Analyse it and lear from it. And if you don’t believe me just take a look at some underwater footage from him swimming in the isl for example and you’ll see that his kick is perfectly fine!
