Why I stopped doing bro split

  1. I switched to higher frequency lower volume too. IMO the first 3 sets of the workout do most of the muscle building so rather than do 3 top sets a week followed by 2 hours of junk volume, why not just keep the top sets and do them multiple times a week? My legs have grown so much more since the.

  4. Bro split is fine , juss hit the muscle every 3rd or 4th day, not every 7 or 8 days like tue traditional bro split
