Lol. Video doesn't show the pass being released. Could have been before the third step. TONS of guys in the league take 3 or 4 steps, and don't get called. It happens so fast. Guys shift to turn, or get outside the 3 pt. line, and do a little dance. The refs have to watch other stuff, and they have no slow-mo review. So this is just lobbying, planting a seed in hopes they'll watch someone's footwork more closely.
