Spiral swing is the basis of pure golf swing. “Turning” in golf teaching industry is infact a great misnomer. Anybody could hardly devolep a consistent reliable swing by “turning and tırning”.
What is exacly happening in golf swing is is “SPIRALLING”, moving up and down in a helical path in a cyclical movezs at 45 degrees.
