I’m a personal trainer and I have A FUCK TON of kids who come to me and say “I want to be like Sam” and I tell them honestly they can take his journey without… issues. Tren or dbol or etc…
These are literally 14 year olds who come in with their parents. Sam seems.. “ok” as an adult who is 6 years older than sam… BUT he’s also telling kids to “just lift to get like me” and where we see a joke these kids take it as truth. You always start with baseline, and base your strength and size to increase it naturally until you burn out… or worse gear up.
