The Dangers of Neck Training 😨🫢



In this video, we’re going to talk about the dangers of neck training and why you should avoid it if you want to stay safe. This bodybuilder assumes that training neck near failure is going to lead to neck pain. But that is simply not the case.
Neck training can be very harmful if your form is bad but just like any other gym exercise, if your form is bad your can get injured. Training to failure does not lead to more muscle growth either. Training to failure is a tool to use in the gym but should not be your gym focus.

  7. Wrong. Training to failure is necessary for growth. Volume based routine is a quick way to stay a skinny b** (as a natural).

  9. I usually tend to only go til failure on my last set of each exercise and it's pretty effective
