Eddie Howe has spoken in his first Premier League press conference of the 2023/24 season.
He chose to comment on new signing Tino Livramento saying that the player was a dynamic addition to the Newcastle squad.
The Magpies manager also criticised comments from Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher, who said Newcastle won’t finish in the top four, Howe added that his side would block out any external noise.
The manager also chose to comment on if Newcastle had the finances to make anymore transfers before the window closes.

What a job this man has done at Newcastle!
Oil money is sweet
Time wasting tactics won't work anymore.
Eddie how the King of Tyneside ❤
They might have the most money but have spent nowhere near the most ffp has put them in tough position
Aston villa might be this year's last year's Newcastle 😂😂😂😂😂
Very hard to see Newcastle nil-niling their way into a top 4 finish again this season with their anti-football time wasting antics.
Won't make top 4 at all
yay our new singing welcome Tino
Future England manager I reckon, along way away but it'll happen
I completely understand there transfer strategy now buy young who won’t demand a move away if they fail to get ucl again this season unlike the superstars would smart business by tea towel united 👏
England manager in 2 years……then the wait for trophy will be over……..
Have they already signed him now that they are already talking about them
Title race for Newcastle
Newcastle really looks promising ever since Eddie took over
Newcastle will drop off as the season goes. See them at 5th/ 6th their squad still small without a lot of quality. Prem, champs league (then europa), fa cup, carabao thats a lot and on top of that chelsea and liverpool will be waaayyyy better than last season
At every club he coached, he really did a great job. specially, at New Castle United. All the best
In other words who gives a * * * * what Carra and Neville say ?
Howe way the lads 🖤🤍🖤
