How anybody can watch Trent and believe he’s that he’s capable of playing in that team is just deluded. Over 10 times I watched Trent be out of position or pulled out of position just in the first half. Konate did a great job at covering for him. Both goals conceded by Liverpool, were Trent’s fault, he was lucky that the 2nd was just off.

I actually agree with Buvey about Caicedo being an expensive utility man. The best players in the world don't get swapped around the pitch like Milner. You don't put Rodri, Casemiro, or Kante at RB. You keep them in their position because of what they offer in midfield. The fact De Zerbi was fine with using Caicedo at RB shows he's fine with losing out on what he does in midfield.

I’m glad Adam gave the counter argument for VAR. It has its flaws but that’s mainly down to the laws made and poor officiating at times. But Buvey would change his opinion if that was the champions league final and Inter score with 10 to go and the goal scorer was just offside. I’d rather a controversial decision on a close offside ruling from VAR than a blatant offside goal given the linesman missed.
