On this week’s episode of Bills by the Numbers podcast presented by FanDuel, Chris and Steve take a look at ESPN’s Football Power Index to find out where exactly the Bills rank and how accurate it actually is. The two then get into where the Bills are better heading into this season and discuss whether or not this is the most difficult schedule in the McDermott era. 1. You cannot be a “juggernaut”offense if the offense isn’t balanced with run and pass Dorsey needs to understand ball control and that he can’t just call plays to just wing it out every down and situation

  2. This team has been primed for 4 years now. Honestly I am putting Dorsey on the hot seat. It’s time to produce especially with all the weapons we have had for the past 4 years. Dorsey needs to show something of a duel attack offense. Do or die for Dorsey.

  3. I understand the Chiefs won the superbowl and Mahomes and Kelece are great, but outside those 2 and Chris Jones? 6.7 for Offense?!?! There WR are suspect at best, their OLine is all pro though, and the RB is nothing special by far. -0.2 for their D, which seems right.

  4. Thanks for the amazing info. Wish some of the idiots over at Bleacher Report could watch this, because according to their “infinite wisdom” (chuckle) the Bills are washed up & headed for an 8-9 season.

  5. Played the suberbowl championship (rams) first game of the season and destroyed them. Teams can change drastically on a yearly basis.

  6. Cheers from the Philippines. Prepare TO GET THE Ws on 1st, 9th & 14th Week of the Regular Season. Go Josh on O & Go Damar on D!! Howdy, Brownie Chris!

  7. Balanced team helps in the regular season but to win the superbowl the top end talent is more important. When Von went down last year we werent the same. Chiefs have Kelce, Mahomes and Jones. We have Von, Allen, Diggs. Need the three top dudes to stay healthy to win it.

  8. Irritates me that Tasker doesn’t look at the camera…years as color analyst on CBS, you’d think…?

  9. Chris, I've been a Bills fan since Joe Ferguson/OJ days, so I've seen a lot reporters and sports commentators come and go. I wanted to say that I've noticed how much better you've gotten over the years. Your obvious knowledge of the Bills and football in general combined with your vast improvement in expressing yourself to Steve, Guests, and us fans is commendable. Just as an athlete can get better on the field, those who cover the sport can improve too. Great job!

  10. Whenever I watch other teams make great use of their TEs I find myself wishing the Bills would make use of that position too. Now it looks like they finally have a really skilled group of TEs. PLEASE USE THEM!
