  1. 41:54 this is what this whole docs about. You can see Ryan trembling before dropping in, knowing it's either roll away or 'die'. Palms probably sweating, knees literally weak and wobbly, but he leaps anyway. And then he lands, rolling away from the fear of that haunting hot rock of concrete. Just Rolling Away

  2. Ryan is a genius! Thank you for all your hard work and skill that gave the world so much entertainment brother 🙏❤ skate or die 🙏❤

  3. As a kid I was scared of a lot of things until I started skateboarding. I got better and went bigger and fear was a different thing. It became something I could conquer. I didn’t fear bullies because the concrete hit way harder then they could. It taught a high amount of perseverance and achievement I never knew. Skateboarding shaped who I am today and I highly recommend it. Outside of breaking my tibia and fibula on two separate occasions it gave me more than it took from me.

  4. I think Ryan is having a resurgence in respect and popularity. I know he had a few controversies throughout his career but if you just step back and look at what he was thrown into at a very young age i can only imagine the pressure he felt growing up to produce for his fanbase. Life is a wild ride and you have to respect someone that has a passion that they stick to throughout their entire life like skateboarding.

  5. G’damn Ryan you are very inspirational for this 40 yr old has been. You rock dude . It’s been super cool watching your career man. Stay up broski

  6. This is absolutely insane. Ryan has been one of my favorite skaters for over 15 years. Such a beast and so inspiring this documentary.

  7. they are either angry because they cant do it or they are angry because they didnt think of it first. thats it

  8. I am so glad Ryan is finally getting his flowers and the respect he’s deserved for a long time. Yes he’s made mistakes, but this dude has ripped from day 1. He’s one of the most well rounded skateboarders I’ve ever seen and has hit some of the biggest tricks on the biggest gaps in skateboarding history. Ryan Sheckler is a legend.

  9. This is why I drink redbull. I'm not only buying a drink, I'm funding a culture and investing in some of the most historically significant events in our lifetime.
Thank you for still making these, even if they don't go "viral" , the ones who watch are appreciative.

  10. Great to see Geoff rowley because he is one of those skaters that is down to earth and he knows what skating can do to a skater but just more respect to Geoff

  11. if that was the extent of his injuries, he wouldnt be able to walk away from that bail. hes just standing on a destroyed foot. i actually tore all the ligaments in my foot and cracked a bone, and i was immediately crying and couldn't walk for a 2 weeks. we all know how ryan is after watching his tv show, hes a dramatic crybaby mamas boy that exaggerates everything.

  12. such a bullshit bail. i feel like that was a fake and orchestrated bail so he has an excuse for why he cant skate anymore or cant keep up with the new gen.

  13. I credit Jake Phelps with getting the skate community to shut up and realize that Sheckler is a beast no matter what commercials or whatever he had done. I almost wanted to cry after that last make, I can’t even imagine what that feeling must be like to try so hard then get it at the last minute!!!!!!!

  14. I remember him as a kid …..he's come so far!! skating has changed so much in 20yrs!!! Props to all you skaters still going hard asf!!! much ❤️.

  15. I been skating and watching skating since it began when I was a tiny child. But I never ever like watching stuff like this because for me even though I know what goes into getting these clips when I see someone take dozens of tries to get a kick flip off a tall ass wall it completely removes the magic for me. It goes from omg wow to so he got lucky finally ? I get it I really do but I’m just saying I’ve learned not to watch stuff like this unless it’s simply a thrasher bail video.

  16. His determination is truly like some mind boggling shit. He’s the kind of dude who would have been a hero in a war.
