Really enjoyed the weekend,just one thing why are burnouts these days mostly a bit weak?no clouds of billowing smoke,are the tyres different?
How do the TopFuel chaps even see what they're doing down on the start? Even just standing downwind of these things on the bank my eyes were streaming! I couldn't see a thing !
Amazing event!!! Amazing cars!!! It's so cool to see Europeans embracing American racing and American cars!!! I live in Colorado which is home to Bandimere speedway, one of the greatest drag strips in the world which hosts the jet car nationals every year for the 4th of July weekend!!! Colorado is also the home of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, the second oldest race in America behind the Indy 500!!! This year was the 101st running of the PPHC!!!
