  1. Always brings a tear. We are all getting older. I remember when they were young

  2. Player 87, Nicklaus 83, Watson 73. The passage of time sucks. And they all can still play better than I ever could on my best day!

  3. You can clearly see how powerfully built Tom Watson is which makes me suspect that he could have swung the club a lot faster but held back so as not to embarrass Jack.

  4. I remember my first set of clubs in the early ‘60’s with 12 books of S&H Green Stamps. My neighbor had a set of Jack Niklaus Golden Bear that I dreamed of and held as often as I could. I remember Palmer, Nicklaus and Player on the Wonderful World of Golf. The golden years of a time when these three men made golf what it is today. May they continue to grace us with their presence.

  5. I’ve watched these gentlemen play the great game.I knew there was something special about them, before I bought my Sam Snead starter set.I was a poor kid that saw what golf meant

  6. So what is the problem with Gary Player here that the liberal faqqette media mob has about his tee shot?

  7. Decades ago saw the highlight of men I never saw play tee off on Masters Thursday mornings.

It has now been over a decade watching the men I saw win the Masters as a kid tee off on Thursday.

And of course the caddy number is the age of the player.

  8. Gary Player is finally looking old. Nicklaus is really showing his age. Watson looks like he can still play. These were the Titans of golf for decades, I watched them as a kid in the 80s with awe. It is hard to see time catching up with them.

  9. That. Was. Awesome.
I grew up caddying, mowing greens, washing members' clubs.
These guys were my heroes. That was sweetness to watch. If only Arnie was there…

  10. Gary Player is 87 years old with a killer instinct.
A shorter backswing, but follow through wraps all the way around.

I see sponsors for this one tee shot!

  11. Even after all these years, even after all that flexibility he's lost, Jack's swing is still unmistakable. Lifting that left heel, the upright swing plane, and his right elbow out a little bit at the top.

  12. Player has never deserved his reputation as a major legend of golf. He's a known cheater.

  13. Get rid of player…he cheated years ago to win a British open ….Watson and Jack are true gentlemen …player no
