Wigan will have a great season, not saying we will win the league but top half and pushing for the play offs is very possible. As you say we have some great players with championship experience and some fantastic young lads who have come in. The 8 points is of course an issue but this is div 1 not the premiership. There is a real buzz around the club so don't count us out.

I think Cambridge will surprise you. You failed to mention the defensive quality of Ryan/Liam Bennett & Michael Morrison. Cousins and Andrews coming in alongside Kachunga/Kai Kai. An impressive pre-season. Smith, found form for 9 games. For 30 games he was none existent.
Like it, not sure about Derby though, play-offs for them. Bolton champions Blackpool runners up

Could go either way with Cambridge. They've taken some recruitment gambles by not getting money in for their better players. Also signing players with patchy fitness and form records. I think Bonner uses the pundits predictions as a motivational technique. There's a decent amount of higher level experience, albeit they do need a bit of luck avoiding injuries and if anyone can inspire the likes of Jack Stevens back to their best form, it's Bonner. He's worked miracles the last three seasons, he'll need to again, but he's a motivator and he could just pull off another overachieving survival.
