“Roy McAvoy (Kevin Costner) was a golf pro with a bright future, but his rebellious nature and bad attitude cost him everything. Now working as a golf instructor, he falls for his newest pupil, Dr. Molly Griswold (Rene Russo), a psychiatrist who happens to be the girlfriend of PGA Tour star and Roy’s rival, David Simms (Don Johnson). After he is humiliated by Simms at a celebrity golf tournament, McAvoy decides to make a run for the PGA Tour, as well as Molly’s heart.”

  1. I was on a business trip in Detroit when this movie came out. Otherwise, I might have never seen this on the big screen. “The Open” course shots in that movie were amazing. And Rene is AWESOME in anything she ever did…. 😂

  2. Listen to the pod so not sure where to write the review but I really enjoyed the 90’s draft. Sometimes unscripted and meandering is a lot of fun. It lets us listeners feel like we are setting at a table at a bar with y’all just listening to you talk.

  3. The cast and humor in Tin Cup was a fun watch. Watched it a few times, like we do all Cistner movies. Can't wait for Horizon.😊
