    Islam practices must be criticized, it is time for their states to secularise and modernize. We should not be tolerant to non-tolerant, they need to change basic human right to other religions and minorities.

    Stephen Fry refuses to do comedy gigs in Arab countries? How very puritan of him. Has Stephen been offered the eye watering money to appear there that Jordan Henderson has and set his family up for life after being born in a working class area of the North East? I agree with staying true to your principles. However, when money has never in your life been of issue, then try not to lecture others who could have only dreamed of an opportunity like that when growing up as a kid.

    When he did Desert Island Discs in the 80s he never mentioned football and he didn't go to watch Norwich City with the League Cup in 1985. Mind you he wasn't active in many ways back then

    Henderson belongs to the generation of celebrities and famous personalities whose actions are completely unaligned with their words. Their strongly held morals are easily bought for the right price. So much damage is done to causes by things like this.

    I don't have a problem with Saudi Arabia. Humans all over the world are pretty horrible, including in the UK. We have huge businesses fiddling their taxes, directors taking huge bonuses whilst their staff can't afford to live, doctors and nurses killing patients for a thrill, homeless people getting beat up and peed on for fun, we really aren't in a position to be lecturing anybody. We all need to improve as a species and taking the moral high ground over certain other beliefs whilst ignoring our own numerous problems really isn't helpful.

    I personally wouldn't want to play in Saudi Arabia, but then i'd feel much safer doing that than walking around a UK council estate minding my own business. The entire UK comedy scene was built on racism, sexism and homophobia so it's a bit rich constantly calling out other countries on it.
